GSY Video PC PS4

We have finally left 2016 behind to welcome a brand new year, that we hope will bring you everything you could possibly want, and not just in terms of video games. To begin 2017, we have chosen Grip, which should finally be finished this year, so we thought you might want to refresh your memory with a couple of videos of the game, which is still in early access on Steam. Enjoy the videos, and once again, all the best for 2017!

I'm working a game very similar in Unreal Engine 4 right now. I think this game will be great! Glad, my version is not as close as I thought it was going to be. :)

needs much more interesting tracks. huge jumps, cork crews, crazy short cuts, massive elevation changes, complex multi routes etc

it has one as far as i'm aware. this is a spiritual sequel to rollcage. it's wipeout on wheels.

You would like Redout then. It's very much like F-Zero.

I'd say Redout is much more of a Wipeout clone than an F-Zero clone. At least, from what I remember of F-Zero GX, F-Zero has much sharper controls. Redout has that floaty "Wipeout" feel.

Can't say I'm really feeling the handling mechanics, there is zero drift going around bends. Also what with the flipping and the car still going forwards? IF that was to happen the car would be going in revers. If the wanted that aspect they needed to have jet propulsion and nothing physically in contact with the ground. It just looks wrong. Also putting big numbers on the speedo doesn't make them look any faster. Never looks faster than 150mph(240k) yet the speedos at 500kmph. Textures are weak. The list goes on. Game has a LONG way to go before it's fit for release IMHO.

i guess you never played with one of the dual sided RC stunt cars as a kid? if it flipped, forward was still forward. and that was a poxy little kids toy. i imagine in a futuristic racer of futuristic technology, they could manage something more advanced.
