Trailer PS5 PS4

Sony just confirmed the release of Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut on August 20 on both PS4 and PS5. This version of the game will include a brand new adventure on Iki Island, a few more features for the photo mode and the possibility to lock the enemies. PS5 players will also be able to enjoy the benefit of the DualSense and 3D audio.

If you already own Ghost of Tsushima on PS4:

You can pre-order an upgrade to Director’s Cut on PS4 for $19.99 USD. This upgrade will become available starting on August 20.
Starting on August 20:

If you bought Director’s Cut PS4, you’ll be able to upgrade to Director’s Cut PS5 at any time for $9.99 USD
You can also upgrade directly (from original Ghost of Tsushima PS4) to Director’s Cut on PS5 for $29.99 USD
Additional details about upgrades will be available at PlayStation Store closer to launch.

So glad that I waited, Japanese lip sync was my only concern and now it will be perfect

I just hope this makes og GoT cheap as hell instead doing the shaddy and scummy thing like ghosting it 'it never existed' like those observer/bloober scoundrels, as i don't see here any real meaningful reason to adopt this edition (a new dlc island/missions?) as a ps4 owner.

ps: the lip-sync using Japanese VA is great and should have been there in the OG release, but the facial tech is kinda... bad i dunno (Second Son wan't this bad), it doesn't even fix it somehow in that brief snippet shown in the trailer.
