Xbox 360

Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter was starting to get a bit repetitive for some players, and it looks like Ubisoft was aware of that fact since the first downloadable content is almost ready for released, with 4 new coop missions, 8 multiplayer maps reworked with new lighting, 2 new gameplay modes, 2 new skins and 5 new weapons. To be released at the end of june. Images inside.

Looks good. I may have a new go at GRAW, although I'm far too occupied with Table Tennis ATM, LOL.

Great stuff. Ubisoft is one of the best developers if not THE best 3rd party on 360/xbox.

The Tom Clancy stuff is usually top notch.

They have always been a strong developer in making use of Xbox LIVE.

Ubisoft would have been a better purchase than Rare IMO in hindsight.

You can always depend on Ubi to churn out great DLC too. And in the past a lot of it has been free.

I'm looking very forward to this DLC.

GRAW is dying online,it better be free, and yes a lot of past dl has been free from UBI,but they might follow the trend of taking a fee, only Itagaki will not lower himself that low.

No no no just no :)

Rare is an amazing purchase and people need to stop judging them based on launch we've seen what ubisoft did with the 360, we are seeing what epic is doing with gears, we are seeing what capcom is doing with lost planet, we are seeing what bungie are doing with halo 3, and what bioware is doing with mass effect. Rare can match all of that.

Viva Pinata may not be the type of game everyone expects, but rare is showing they have alot of talent. There are 2 more rare games in development that weren't even mentioned at E3 lets give rare the benefit of the doubt I certainly wouldn't be doubting a development team that managed 12,000 npcs on screen or 1 million interactive particles in kameo purely on the gpu without any slowdown. They know what they are doing we just need to give them the benefit of the doubt. Lets also take into consideration that pdz and kameo were originally planned for lesser consoles and actually started development on the lesser consoles and just received a graphic makeover.

Viva Pinata and rare's other 2 games will be their first true next gen titles in my opinion. As always this game's graphical appeal comes from seeing it in motion screens never do it any justice.

most of those maps look like they r same as before just in day time or night time e.g fishing village, nowhere and wharf
Edit: damn all of them r old maps....."8 Revisited; Relit MP Adversarial Maps: 8 of GRAW’s favorite MP maps are revisited and relit for a new gameplay experience.

Fishing Village (Dusk)
Wharf (Late day)
Old Town (Morning)
Nowhere (Evening)
Coffee Plantation (Evening)
Shipping Port (Sunset)
River Depot (Day)
Jungle Mines (Evening) "

oh well i'll still buy those maps

It should be free.....if/when it arrives on pc it will be but developers tend to take the p1ss for additional console content for some reason.

i see no reason why it should be free its not free to ubisoft to make..

the ONLY reason addons were free in the past was becuase there was no model for it, these addon will not be on pc as the game is totally different

The maps for their other games like Splinter Cell were free, they don't seem bankrupt so i think it's safe to say they didn't lose too much over it, besides GRAW only came with 10 maps as it is, the previous GR games had many, many more which makes me a little....fishy.

I'm pissed that they withheld achievement points for this DLC, and they're going to charge us for it. That shouldn't be allowed.

So? The perfect dark map pack is what..four maps? Look at the amount of content here..this is actually DECENT--granted--the GR2 addon was free if i recall--but compared to what other publishers are doing, this is great.

bleh.. wa hoping for new maps, instead of the old maps with a different time of day.. that should have been in the game from the beginning if you ask me...

More interesting are the new co-op modes and the new skins.. but if that's going to cost us money, i will feel screwed... i mean come on, we allready just have 10 maps now, bit thin compared to the last ghost recon games.. GR:2 and summit strike...

I think it's better this way, maybe after some time they will be free to download.

They know a lot of people support them and that's why they make downloadable content.
I appreciate the work they've done.
