Simbin has put online the first look at their upcoming GTR 3 showing off a Ferrari P4/5 Competizione race car. The official site is online and gives us some good sounds. Stay tuned for more details.
I played Simbin's console game a while back and while i can't comment on so much the way it drove, there was little in the way of custom control ie no altering of deadzones etc. The control itself as a default then at least for me felt very awkward. Surprisingly little done in this regard and i soon sold it
If you haven't already check this out, here's a link to the website. Activate the switches and listen to the ingame sfx. It's a mix of interior and replay. Pretty sweet. GTR3.com ( well it's not a link )
Hopefully it's not just marketing bullocks, and we will indeed get a generation leap in how games portraits racing sounds - not just the engine, but the whole deal.
