The price is a rip off of course (well we are used to that aren't we) but according to Bungie, you will still be able to play all match making lists if you dont buy them.
So I guess for me not day 1...but someday
ultimately i probably wont be buying these since they're charging for them. i never buy map packs.

MP wise i have had more fun on uncharted 2 and gears of war 2 than any of this gens halo offerings.
