This is all on the map included in the game for the level editor, right? So basically...people could make this exact same map themselves, but Bungie is charging people for this?

The online community was decimated by the release of Black Ops. Hopefully, this draws people back to Halo Reach matchmaking.
I beg to differ....halo released their first map pack nearly one month after release....that tells me either they knew the multilayer was incomplete when they shipped the game out or the knowingly kept the maps out just to sucker every halo fan into paying for what they should have had already.
