The first game from Flying Wild Hog, the authors of the 2011 Shadow Warrior and its upcoming sequel, is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One soon. The cyberpunk FPS Hard Reset Redux will also hit PC and features "upgraded visual engine and rebalanced gameplay, along with new enemies and weaponry". The title will be playable at PAX South this weekend. Trailer and screenshots after the jump.
The world as we know it has ceased to exist. Surrounded by vast, hostile wastelands, the remnants of humankind's dwindling population live within the closed city of Bezoar, but the walls have been breached. As a CLN soldier, you are all that stands between the hive mind machines of The Sanctuary, and total extinction.
Combining unapologetically over-the-top destruction and a dark cyberpunk setting, the breakout FPS from Flying Wild Hog (Shadow Warrior 1 & 2) gets reenergized for modern audiences with an upgraded visual engine and rebalanced gameplay, along with new enemies and weaponry (cyber-katana!).
Hard Reset Redux is coming soon to PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

you never heard about Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Bloodborne and Ninja Gaiden? Ghosts and Gouls?
Someone is trolling console gamers much?

Besides, sometimes singleplayer FPS are too easy on K/M.
All PC is about is spending money on $500 dollar components that you have to assemble then throw away in a year...
See Consoles have this thing called Heritage...you don't see arrogant PC elists reminiscing on ACTUALLY preserving and playing their old rigs from 2007 which could not play Crysis on High Q.

And no, PC is not about buying components for $500 every year. You can run all new games maxed out perfectly with a 4-6 year old PC. And you only need to upgrade your graphics card every 4 years or so. CPU and motherboard can be upgraded every 5-7 years. The rest of the components don't have to be upgraded this often. If you really can't afford this, then maybe gaming is not what you should waste your money on. Maybe, get a higher education and a better job first?
Why would anyone preserve old rigs? Why not just sell the parts you are going to upgrade? Anyway, I can play old console games on an emulator on my PC with better performance, graphics and higher resolution than on consoles. Not to mention, I can play with any controller I want. Some console games work much better with a keyboard too, like fighting games and many platformers.
Its also not the most comfortable way of playing to alot of people. That's a Fact.
Halo 1 is about the slowest FPS in the world. If you play it with a mouse and keyboard it feels like you're walking through mud. The whole game was designed around slow inputs. It has the world's strongest camera adhesion too!

I mean... there's a reason there's so much auto-aim in console games.

And on keyboard, yes it got buttons, alot of it, but i do sometimes get confused on most stuff i need to reach and remember where they are at.
And hold and pressing down W to move, not a big fan of it.
I tried playing on PC so many times in various ways it just never clicked to me. But with gamepad I can just sit how and where i want and rest my arms on my lap and just relax and play and having all the buttons i need right there.
Now you are mostly talking about shooters, but i talk about pretty much anything from shooters to action RPGs and action games.
Interms of auto-aim, well yeah some games have stronger aim assist than others and some doesnt even have it at all (Killzone being one of them).

On a hardware note I haven't upgraded my mobo, cpu or ram since Battlefield 3 and still pushing 60 in most games.
