Square Enix has released a new trailer for Hitman: Absolution that features the track Roadgame remixed by renown artist Kavinsky. The game is coming next month.
From everything that was shown in trailers, game-play demos looks amazing. That's how you improve on a franchise, not by rebooting or adding something that doesn't belong there. You just add more that was awesome in previous games and improve the old slightly.
So much doubts when they announced it, with that scary sounding Instincts mode. But all faith restored after several previews and especially after playing it myself. My most wanted game of 2012 now.
Aha i see, just thought at some point it would be required give a certain costume.For instance like santa err something.Then again a worm hole might open if he ever did smile (like mandy from that cartoon with grim reaper).
It would be cool if he changed the way he acted or at least walked in costume to fit it. He'd never fool anyone walking around like a killer/robot regardless of what he's wearing. That would be awesome, and it seems a great skill to really blend. I think it would hint at a little more depth too..
Exactly frozpot, just little things like that to blend in more.Then again it looks funny seeing him all grim in any costume.Imagine him as a clown at some poor boy or girls party.
The one thing i dislike about this, even in regards to the "purist" difficulty which rectifies a lot of the casual BS. Is the fact you can no longer return to your suit. You change clothes and they're gone. That was one of the great things about trying for silent assassin ratings. You had to get in, take out the target and get out exactly as you arrived. I'm looking forward to the game, it's been on pre-order for a while now, but i'm kinda looking forward to playing the HD collection more.

It was in a recent dev conference walkthrough. The audience asked if you could still go into a mission with the standard suit, kill the target, return to your suit (for extra points and an SA rating) and leave. And the dev said no, they've changed it apparently...dunno why?
Edit: it was the eurogamer expo video. Basically you can do 'suit only' runs, which gives you better scores. But from what i gather, you no longer can return to your original suit once you change clothes. I guess there will no longer be neatly folded piles of clothes left when you take a disguise?
In the past games you got bonuses for leaving a stage exactly as you entered it. Wearing the trademark suit, carrying a sniper case, not leaving weapons behind etc. in this new one, unless you stay in your suit for the entire stage, you can't change back into it at the end.
