Bethesda and inXile introduce us to the world of their dark fantasy RPG Hunted: The Demon's Forge with this new dev diary. The game will hit stores on May 31 in North America and on June 3 in Europe.
I wanted this game last year when it was to come out, but then they delayed it a year and Im lost on if I should still get it. I do love me some Lucy Lawless though even with her new accent... I love how they go " I know people use a lot of engines out there, but we went with the UR3 engine!" ....really?...You and EVERYONE'S MOTHER uses UR3, so how is that news?! They've must have been working on that game for a long time if they think the UR3 engine is news...

does anyone care what is used, other than UE trolls?
Even the indie sized team thats making Hawken already puts both Killzones Engines in a corner, and it still uses Unreal Engine. Folk forget that most of those guys were behind Project Offset! Its up to the prowess of the makers to acheive great visuals and uniqueness, not on the engine in itself.
I'll never understand all the hate that UE3 gets. Everyone says it's all just "brown and bloom." But a lot of my favorite games use UE3. Look at Batman AA and Mass Effect. Two series that use UE3, but look nothing like Gears of War.
I think this game looks great, btw. I wish Bioware would start using UE3 for Dragon Age, because this game blows it out of the water visually.

folk love to hate when they get the short schtick on the best version in most of the games. See the poster above, I don't really know what is his problem, but i'll bet this is one of those 'you mad?' cases.
