Xbox 360 PS3

Criterion put online a pdf file annoucing Burnout 5, and of course I extracted all the images and artworks in the file. The game should be as brutal as ever, but this time it will be in an big free roaming city.

Damn... The damage modelling looks better than anything I've seen before. Of course expecting that it will actually look like that.
Looks awesome all together.

If you look at the map you`ll se a km sign in the corner , so like the bridge is one km long , so you can just figure it out.

Hmm. Not sure if free roaming will work. Sometimes it _is_ more fun to just go straight into events, rather than having to drive around to find them. Graphics look a tad better than Revenge, it's the physics that look the most promising, as cma112087 said.

I'm still buying it... it's burnout.

I'm not too sure about the free roaming city either. EA already has Need for Speed for a free roaming racing game, but I have always liked the Burnout games better. Free roaming cities usually mean less detail, lower frame rates, and longer load times. The Burnout series has always had incredible level designs. I just hope they don't screw up the formula.

Itll be interesting to see how the free roaming city is integrated into the game. Looks awfully twisty for a game as fast as burnout. Should be fun either way. :D

nice with free roaming but if Criterion thinks the ps3 version should be out first they'd better get their minds checked

Lol, I don't think they are going to make this game unnessecary violent...

I fear that Criterion could ruin the Burnout-formula, but it could also be the best game of the series. Time will tell^^
