Xbox 360

Capcom just put online the new version of the official Dead Rising homepage, that I've almost instantly decompiled to extract these images and this new trailer (with horrible sound included). Looks like fun!
Update: Better quality trailer added.
Update 2: 720p images & concept art added.

Wow, that was pretty amazing, especially when he takes the umbrella and moves the enemies out of the way like little rag dolls.

great trailer. The games come along very nicely, framerate perfect now! Some of those weapons are great. the bollards, and the shower heads stuck in the heads spewing blood. I can see this game being a lot of fun!

any MP planned?

I'm pretty sure it's 360 only :)

this game alone makes it worth getting a 360, all PS3 owners will sure envy 360 owners for this game. PS3 got no exclusive game that makes me interested to buy one, seriously!! MGS? am not a fan of that serie, GT? no I dont like car games that much, FF?? ZzZzZz, it would be GTA but that game will be released to the 360 as well.

Whoooo, finally a game that will justify me buying the 360! wahey! Some inovative ideas, somehow i dont see how the enemy AI is that good as they didnt even notice the guy, looks like zombies on Counter-Strike Source.

this game no doubt looks nice.
but repetitive?
how long can you do the same thing over and over again.
hopefully the story is as good as the graphics, and gameplay varies

P.S. i don't mean to be pessimistic, i just thought your comment was overly aggressive and will start that same old mundane "360 VS PS3" argument

please lets not bring in which will own which...theyre both good consoles

I must say I didn't want this game before, but now I do. Good to see such a fun chaotic game with great framerate. Full Auto left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was hoping full auto would be my first chaotic type game purchase for the next generation, but chaos without it happening flawlessly is what kills full auto. Geometry wars wouldn't be 25% as fun as it is if there were frame rate issues. Just an example i know its not a graphically mindblowing game.

You see the difference!!!!!!!!!!!

This is what i was speaking of all the time!! japanese developers going out for no les than 60fps.. And this game runs flawlessly!! It this was done by a western developer it'll more than liekly have framerate issues or run at 30fps and they leaving excusses for it IE, 'We hav'nt enough time' or 'We only used 1 of the 3 cores'.. bullshit!

Show em how its done Capcom of japan!!!

This game looks great with lots of stuff running on screen at once, and manage to get great framerates, like the guy said above me japanese developers tend to get there games always running at great framerates while western developer don't.

Well f2hunter I kinda agree and don't agree the full auto team did seem to screw up and alot of developers that are targeting 30fps now can do better, but there are a couple of these you just have to let slide. Like for example not all ps3 games will be 60fps if using things such as soft shadowing, self shadowing, hdr and a whole host of other graphical enhancements.

Not even pc games run flawlessly at 60fps flawlessly on the more graphics intensive games with these features turned on so we just have to let things slide sometimes. I do agree though prey at 60fps.... would be absolutely incredible, but it being at 30fps wont prevent me from buying it. Also I'm truly loving all those moves he can do.... If the storyline in this game is at all being taken seriously then this game will be quite the hit.

A game that just recently went on my most wanted 360 games list has to be Afterburner that game looks absolutely stunning and fun and just screaming to be put on xbox live. Some of the best smoke trail effects and explosions I've seen in any game.

Also the explosions in Dead Rising look absolutely fantastic!! Did you guys see how that thing looked?

Watching that video again, it looks like he'll be joined by some other players to fight with. Would this mean 4 player co-op???? I just can't stop laughing! Repetitive? Hell, look at the endless possibilities! Let's not forget that chick with the big sniper rifle...
