that trailer is very representative of the console it's going to be on(american). i hope it delivers and reflects the 50mil MS put out for it.

What should it represent exactly? and Microsoft gave Rockstar an interest free loan of $50m, even if it fails to deliver they still get their money back.

Trailer looked good but I hated the music, even though it is fitting for the theme of this. I'll wait to see if it has better mission variety before I decide if it's worth a purchase.

They didn't just pay 50mil for this. They paid that much for multiple dlc episodes for it.

The DLC story appeals more to me than the main GTA4 story :), all depends on the price for me.

Think I also heard about a new radio station as well - if it means a more heavy metal tone (think V Rock), then I'm all up for it. Swiss Beatz and bikers don't quite mix, I think...

Not super excited over this DLC but I'll probably check it out, seems a lot more interesting than 90% of the paid DLC coming out on 360 games.

I still play GTA4 pretty often, just messing around and crap.

I don't think they care about making their money back. $50 million is nothing to Microsoft.

Many people still see GTA as a "Playstation game" and even people who own both consoles generally seemed to want the PS3 version because of that. I'm sure the promise of this DLC brought a lot of people over, and now that it's actually coming hardcore GTA fans don't really have a choice if they want to play this.

It doesn't have to. Take 2 needed money so Microsoft loaned them 50 million. Instead of paying back that amount of money plus interest they give them the total income of two exclusive GTA 4 episodes. And then they have to pay back the 50 million minus DLC income.

And the DLC will cost 1600 points each.

Yeah, I'm pretty miffed about this. And I'm a 360 owner (or was and will be again soon). I'm pretty annoyed at any exclusives, but this is the stuff that realy pisses me off. Its a little too much like Gears of War PC.

Also, I thought the guy you play as isn't supposed to be Niko? WHo is he, his brother? Looks just like him lol. Looks great though, much more into bad ass bikers then teh other stuff. Not that an ex military euro chap ain't bad ass. And its a hell of a lot better then a stereotypical gang banger. Was that grenade launcher in the original?

You aren't serious are you? Most people and gamers alike have no idea what native resolution is, and the majority of reviewers stated the PS3 version looked better beside the fact it is technically quite different and "worse" in many ways (no AA, lower resolution)

Seriously most of the things you wrote are the complete opposite, the draw distance thing is BS.The videos I have seen show similar distances on both consoles, which it to be expected since most of the game isn't exactly streamed off the Bluray, if it was there would likely be a difference.

No. Oddly I dont see poeple bitching about all the games that get released only for play$tation3. Not like there would bee too mutch of those anyone would want to have:D
When is tis supposed to be released? This is the only reason why I havent sold this game yet. Hopefully there is allso new xbox live gamemodes too.
