That looks really bad, my god. Anime's should be made into turn based RPG's, they may actually turn into good games then.

I actually love bleach, but this looks dissappointing.

Well, saying all anime game sucks isn't very clever. At least, tell us how you would create a better game, other than force a turn-based, classic RPG style. It's not like anime games do not have fans, Dragon Ball fighting games are a good example. Plus, how can you say "it looks really bad" and "disappointing" without seeing it in motion? I say, relax, enjoy a cup of coffee and keep your bold claims to you until you have more details. It just sounded like trolling to me, while I agree there is nothing spectacular with these screens. My problem is that you put the anime genre in the same basket than your opinion about this game.

Unwarranted boulet time ahoy :l

I hope this turns out okay but anime games don't exactly have a good track record.

The DBZ games are the only ones which have been half decent, I just hate that good animes are turned into rubbish games as they have alot of potential, I think they would fit well into the RPG genre in which you don't manually pull of moves, but select them from a list, it wiold be visually appealing and it would work as an RPG.

I don't think action games and fighters work that well with animes of the track record. And what's the point of waiting to see what it looks like in motion when the screens look so bad?

They seem to not have put alot of effort into the graphics, it does look bad graphically for me.

This is just a port of an old Japanese GC Bleach game with added Wii features.
The only anime game that has the potential to be good is Naruto: Rise of a Ninja for 360 by Ubisoft. That looks amazing and has lost of talent behind it unlike the horrible Japanese studios that make these half-arsed cash-ins...

Indeed! Naruto is a good example of an anime game done right. One thing you gotta remember is that not all JP studios have the budgets for games like western studios do. I know it sounds like an excuse, but its true.

Hey, maybe Ubisoft Montreal will do a Bleach game if Naruto sells well. I think its kinda funny that a french company does more justice to anime based games than the japanese generally do.

if ubi do a BLEACH game on the 330 i'd be most pleased. i've almost done half the episodes (up to 66 heh) and i'm liking it just as much as Naruto. it really does have the potential to be a great rpg game.
speaking of naruto, is the game still releasing in october?
