The developers at Hudson must be laughing really hard now, as they released some new screenshots and especially some new artworks of Bomberman Act Zero. I can't believe how they managed to get characters of a Bomberman game to look this close to the manga Gantz.
Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)
Loakum By FAR, the upcoming Game of Thrones King’s Road was the Game of the Show! It plays like God of War Ragnarok! :) (> 3 Months ago)

Commented on 2006-03-31 12:01:40Just get the original on Xbox live arcade. Even at 1200 points it would sell loads for little or no dev costs and make a ton of profit!

Commented on 2006-03-31 18:07:31I liked Bomber Man: Hero on the N64 though. I personally hope its not ALL in an arena like that.

Commented on 2006-03-31 22:46:05I think the fondest memories I have of bomberman are probably w/ the Sega Genesis and TG-16 versions..good times.
And I believe they're still considering/evaluating a real bomberman game for XBLA..give them time to work something out...if we're lucky we'll start seeing other Hudson games on there as well.
Commented on 2006-04-01 03:32:59However, I think they could've even updated the artstyle and still keep some familiar style elements. This just seems like a totally different game, but with the same mechanics.
-and it does it look weird to anyone else having these style characters running around a rather basic grid? it just seems out of place to me.
I think it would be cool if they made it where the combatants drop bombs in more realistic environments in a completely 3d space, like a city block, a temple or something, an arena on another level, whatever..then the bombs would explode in all directions rather than just spreading in 2 dimensions.. more like a real explosion but still exaggerated with the spread. Then they could just include a more traditional "oldschool" version with the original-style art for nostalgia's sake (and, honestly, cuz the simplicity of that 2d style is fun too.)...then maybe i'd pay around full price for it.
