Developers are obsessed with war, or perhaps its just humans in general.

Well war runs the economy, generally speaking.

that trailer actually made it look pretty awesome...i didnt mind the last 2 games. yes, at the core its a pretty basic shooter, but with the gore it sets itself apart imo. its a shallow thing to be its main selling point, but violence sells, and i love violence.

I don't care if a game takes place during WWII killing Nazis, The future killing random terrorists or your grandmas bedroom killing teddy bears nor do I care what platform it's on (as long as I own it) if it's fun I'll play it and this looks fun.

Bleh, I've been a big fan of shooter games, even before Doom on PC(although Doom amplified it a lot). Faceball 2000 was awesome. But that was back when consoles weren't powerful enough to do first person shooters proper at all.

Personally, I believe the 1st person view is the best camera view of all, and nearly all genres should work on implementing it more. I'd love a good American football game in 1st person view (if done right). Heck, real football players have to use 1st person view all the time.

Anyways, this game doesn't seem so great. I hear it isn't being done by Raven. I LOVED SOF2 MP on PC, but I don't have much hopes for this one on any platform.

I pray to god this never happens, I hate FP views with a vengence, yes they may be more natural (from a persons point of view), but I'm getting a little tired of this whole realism crap.

Time we got back to the days of cute platformer with lots of bright colours, oh how i miss those days.

Actually the game is made by Activision Value. They've made budgettitles like Pimp My Ride and Barbie.
