GOD I LOVE THIS GAME!!! I spent 2 1/2 hours playng the demo with a friend erlier. I cannot wait for the full version of this. The only problem is it's about a hairs breath away from plunging into the uncanny vally, specially with the somewhat stiff animations.
some shots(3,4) are realy nice.but other shots are dolly.
i think this is for different lightining and shadowing mode.

If you look that there are only 2 characters on screen, the backgrounds are looking poor, animations are looking very lame as i saw in the video and the colours are very strange then this is not very impressive. I expected for this gen to see characters like this in rpg, fps and advanture games.

hmmm... i m sure real next gen games will begin to come out in late 2006-early 2007....
we are still in the next gen infancy....
anyway i m more impressed by geow chars models,mgs4 and ut2007 malcolm....theyr very realistic....cg movie quality realism....
Uh oh.... looks like they've improved over the graphics of the actual demo available on xbox live. Very impressive to say the least I'm buying this game the first day its out.
I'm pretty impressed with Renderware..I've never thought of it as a high end engine--more like cheap/economical middleware..but they're really stepping it up.
EDIT: People keep making comments about the low detailed backdrop--but the final game will have many rings in the center of much more detailed stadiums/venues...we've already seen as much in video/screenie form.
