Xbox 360 PS3

THQ sends us some new images of its offroad racing videogame Baja, still on track for an August 2008 release on both the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Not only does it have 40 vehicules divided in eight categories, it also boasts many modes like splitscreen (four players max.), online (twelve players max.) and LAN, so we'll have to keep an eye on it.

if it wasnt for the fact the images have been tagged with ps3 and box 360 logo's i would have sworn these where for the ps2. really not impressive visually. seems you could get a similar experience from DiRT.

and without sleeping/eating?

Only good thing in this game is the draw distance for the foliage - everything else looks poor.

You can play most games for days constantly without load times, if you just run in circles.

It's not like you could race for 9 hours in a straight line, unless they got random terrain generation, which would probably be lame anyways.

Well, to me it looks fine. When it runs at stable 60 frs, and gameplay will be good, this could become a cool game. The tracks look interesting, the lights/shadows look athmospheric... Not top nodge, but not as bad as you say guys.
