Not seeing anything we havn't already tbh, ive still not decided opn this one, one minute it looks great, next its horrible
Yeeeh, baby
BTW, THX))
Though, it won't be if it takes another year for this game to finally release. Ubisoft and releasing games on time with proper polish? Not a good marriage unfortunately.
I don't really like the BiH gameplay (I bought the first one). It's like Call of Duty and Full Spectrum Warrior blended together, and FSW has really 'gamey' gameplay. I just don't like the forced cover systems.
I also still haven't forgiven Gearbox for butchering Halo 1 for PC.
When Halo 1 PC came out, you HAD to own the NEWEST videocard to get anywhere near the full Xbox 1 details. The Xbox 1 had a PS1.1 graphics card (but of course, due to the console nature, wasn't bound to the limitations of a directX version), but you needed a PS2.0 card to get all the effects. Not only that but the Nvidia cards aren't supported correctly and couldn't render the refraction effects (only ATI cards can, to this day, AFAIK). Me and a bunch of other people MADE A PARTIAL FIX FOR THIS AND GAVE IT AWAY AND GEARBOX NEVER IMPLEMENTED THE FIX WITHIN THE GAME. Personally I think they sold out to ATI or something, because forum members fixed their shitty coding for them and they never implemented it in a patch (and they put out SEVERAL after we fixed their game).
Even with a good current graphics card, you still don't get all the effects from the Xbox 1 version, quite a few subtle effects are missing.
Now I hear Halo 2 was actually upgraded somewhat for the PC version (graphically).
So, NO we shouldn't get mad at the Halo 2 port, Gearbox is MUCH more incompetent than most people recognize.
