Valve has launched the official website for Half-life 2: Orange Pack, which I hope we'll see a lot of at E3. It seems to be on track for the October release, and inside you'll find a lot of (low-res) images, both new and old ones in a big mess.

Why did they even bother posting those very old Half-Life 2 sceens and same with Ep1? The could atleast have spend 5 min on taking new ones. Still the game looks great and 2 allready great reviewed games, along with 3 games said to be awesome is a bloody steal for normal retail price.

so its halflife 2( remade from scratch or tweaked to 360)
andthe expansions????
portal 2 is new i know that,but whats the cartoon images at bottom

The 'cartoon' images are Team Fortress 2. The box has: Half-Life 2, Episode 1, Episode 2, Team Fortress 2 and Portal. I can't wait, but I'd love to know how the achievements will work. I hope it's not just 1,000 for the entire box!

I installed demo of HL2 on my PC... and you could really feel its age. I wonder if Valve's enhancements for the 360 version will make it worthwhile.

You should buy the game together. Sath plays HL2-Episode2 and sends the game to Acert. After Acert is done with TF2 send it to me because I want that one game in the pack :P

Hehe no...I do like to keep it what in it..you might thing I have a big ego, but i learn from the best...Muramasa (Ninja Gaiden) and the MErchant frm RE4.

looks awesome. already played and beat hl2 on pc...but i think i'll play through it again so i can go through all the stories in chronological order. anyone know if hl2ep2 is the last in the series?

Terrible timing on Valve's part. Tons of games coming out around then (NEW games). I would've bought it before, but now its going to have to wait until well into next year.

Even the crappiest PC can run CS 1.6, so why not play that? According to many in the hardcore crowd it's still the only real CS game arround (although I disagree, I think CS:Source is just as good with more uptodate graphics)..

Maybe they will sell CS:S as a standalone game on the Xbox 360 in the future..

I'm fairly certain that you'll be able to buy it separately on the PC. I think Episode 2, Portal, and TF2 will all be available on steam as separate purchases.
