Here is a new selection of images from the hack'n'slash Sacred 2: Fallen Angel in development for the PC and Xbox 360 platforms. They focus on the improved graphics engine which features high definition textures from its environments and characters. This title will be available in the third quarter of 2008.

For all you know the entire background might be blurred out from the first second of entering that popup-menu. Who the fuck cares? It shows how good the button assignment is, and it might actually work pretty good on the 360.
However, Sacred will always remain a PC game in my eyes, and if this is as fun as the last game then im in for a treat. I just hope its actually more polished and has less of a buggy engine than the first game.
For those of you who never played the first game, let me tell you. Its probably the most item-packed game ive ever played.. And there are seemingly no rules to the randomization. So the excitement of finding new items never ever grew old, even at lvl 150.
Not every developer can / have resources to do Crysis quality graphics. Also it looks really nice from the view it's going to be played also these aren't the best screenshot I have seen. I just hope there isn't many bugs in this game.
Also you have to remember how big the game world is in this game.
Also no loading times between areas. I say thats impressive.
