Xbox 360 PS3 PSP

Sega released these images of Sega Rally today, from the three versions of the game. We've already seen a fair amount of images released during GC, but these ones are special. They are captured with the same car and have almost the same environments, it's harder to get better comparison images out from a company than these. The lightning is quite different between them though, but it's safe to say that they both look very good.

And again a developer manages to grab shots so that the 360 is showing far less interesting environments. Great job shoveling the dirt on the 360 there Sega, maybe next time you'll "accidentally" swap in some PSP shots.

And if it was the other way round, you'd be bashing ps3 for being inferior no doubt?

lol, how would that help sega one bit? they want to actually sell this game, different teams are making each version, so im sure the respective platforms team are responsible for taking the screenshot

they look identical anyway, compare 2nd shot of ps3 with 2nd of 360, exactly the same, as expected

It looks fine. Sega Rally 2 wasn't exactly a show-stopper in the looks department; 100ft draw distance, more pop-up than that nifty version of the karma-sutra, car-textures so blurry you might as well have gone to specsavers. BUT, what a great game it was to play! Caned the 10 year career mode to death! Loved the unlockable cars, tracks, all in all, great stuff. I have every faith in Sega to recreate that ethic here!

1st 360 pic has completely different lighting etc, only the 2nd ones are close enough to compare, this game should be identical, its hardly graphically intensive -_-

No rumble = fail. I don't know why you would buy a version without it for this type of game. Hopefully Sony pull their socks up with ShockAxis and level the playing field.

Well, both versions are looking very good. But comparing 'em by four screens? No way.
Think both versions are good games, and even the PSP-version looks absolutely great.
Sega did a very good job on this game. Can't wait to get my copy (PS3).

Im no fanboy, I have a 360 and intend to buy a PS3 in the near future, but he is right.. theres nothing going on on either 360 screen while PS3 screens show nice tree's and environments.
