Xbox 360

Zap! Kapow! Virtua Fighter 5 hits in all directions with this long string of images from the Xbox 360 version. Some fighters are snapped in the heat of action, while others prefer to showboat with their muscled physique and suggestive winks.

I think a demo would be nice as alot of people such as myself are put off by the fact people claim this game is overly technical. A demo would help make my mind up...

blinx: if you have time to sit doiwn with the game it dosent take all that long to get the basics, an hour or two i'd say...if you have a good tutorial, which there isn't in the PS3 version. I seriously hope that the awesome tutorial section from VF4 EVO comes back in this version of VF5.

And overly technical? I don't know, i mean you don't have to memorize like 20-button sequences or anything. Most juggles in VF are rather short. What you do have to learn, however, is to read the other player and then utilize the system to counter what he is doing. Of course this mean knowing frame data and stuff like that when you get real serious.

They're really going all out with the costumes this time. I hated VF5 on PS3, but may rent this one just to see Eileen's new threads.

VF rules.. I sadly skipped the PS3 version (and I'm ashamed of it!) so I'll be sure not to miss out on this one early. Big fan of the series, don't know why I hesitated to get the game when it first came out, as I would have gladly bought both versions--but it looks like they made it worth my wait anyway.

Was always a diehard Soul Calibur fan so I never really got into VF. Might buy this game along with an arcade stick.
