Sega releases no less than thirty-six awesome screenshots of Yakuza 3 (Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan!), the PS3's very own historical Shenmue-like. The good surprise here is that the images are in 720p where every other japanese game only proposes tiny-ass screenshots. Hurray !

Commented on 2007-12-06 13:39:35 In reply to SimonM7But now, as we see the 3rd title, I really doubt if much people will buy the 2nd... It's way too late for it.
Hm... by thinking back how cool the first was... Well, I guess I'm gonna buy it however *lol*
Commented on 2007-12-06 14:51:26I'm thrilled that they're essentially using him again for this, and I hope that becomes a trend with this franchise to keep it fresh. I mean they can put it in any time period as long as Kiryu has his base personality treats.

Commented on 2007-12-06 22:19:21in Japan both titles sold quite well (first one ~750k copies , 2nd one ~ 560k) , but outside of Japan it wasn't well received
Commented on 2007-12-06 23:01:30I guess the Final Fantasy with random Spikeout battles approach didn't really go down as well over here.
