Xbox 360

Microsoft Japan released these small (as usual, with Japanese games) images from Spectral Force 3, looking quite promising.

It's no Enchant Arm, but it's good to see RPGs focused on the japanese taste.

Any idea if any JRPGs like Enchant Arm are coming out soon?? i love turn based rpgs..

I'm impressed looks like Tales of Lengendia but nicer and in 720p, I'm liking the art style.

Really looking forward to this getting a western release.

So instead of getting GRAW, Oblivion, Fight Night 3, Condemned, Call Of Duty 2, or the upcoming , Mass Effect, Gears Of War, Bioshock, Forza2, the JAPS will be getting this?

I wonder why 360 sales suck in Japan

Um i duno if you noticed Japanese actually like these games and don't like most of the games you listed above.

So i'm not sure what you point was.

They have Blue Dragon & Lost Planet on their way also. (something we will have to wait a while to get our hands on)

Well this one could be good, but Blue Dragon is surely the main event for the 360 in japan. Its the first real test for the 360 in japan.

I like the looks of this if it comes to the usa i'll buy it.

I think we underestimate their taste, its time to start an First Person Shooter revolution over there.

Korea, China, Europe has found the First Person Shooter bug, its time for Japan to get over themselves and their slutty school girl characters.

Alright I like the art style and I've enjoyed these tactic games for some time now. Sure I'll buy the game and if they add some sort of multiplayer than you can please some of the hardcore fans.

If they are happy with slutty school girl games who are we to say otherwise :D..

And yea it's bound to turn up in the west at some point. (don't quote me on that though)

Let's hope it does get a Western release, as I hear all of the Spectral Forces has never seen it's way to US shores. But if it does, I just hope they make it region free as I would love to play this game (in English) over here in the UK.

Actually japan doesn't hate first person shooters as much as people claim. Counter-Strike for one is pretty damn big over there last I checked.

Well its certainly growing as more and more japanese teams are competing in international events.

Seems you are right.. :(

I can't understand why they would opt for the 360 if they didn't plan to bring it to the west at some point though.

I doubt Idea Factor will publish it outside of Japan so things could be looking grim for a western release after all. (ubisoft where are you !!)

I'll definetly give this game a try if it is released outside japan since I like strategy RPGs, but I don't care for the art style. I think they missed an opportunity to make the graphics look like thier 2D art which would have looked quite nice.

I know Jollipop, it would make sense to release this game worldwide, with those terrible sale figures they have for the Xbox 360 over there. But on the good side, I think it's Sega that will be publishing this game so who knows....
