True i guess, but i mean if they wanted to it could be done XBL has the support for regioning and restricting, as well as parental and age controls... so the frameworks there just the legalities and legwork to get it done... would be interesting though, technically its not much different than any other online casino except marketplace would have better region restrictions :)
Then again "the framework" for something seems to be a moot point the "buy an episode" paradigm for tv shows could easily be done on marketplace with points but they still havent done it... and the whole what you buy is tied to you forever, so you can redownload only on your 360... as well as the DRM that its only available on the 360... i still can't see why tv stations haven't moved to get microsoft to do this for their shows.
