This is by far the coolest "sequel" to these rythm games so far. So brimming with awesome, delicious art direction and energy. The intro really blew me away at E3, was *not* expecting it to be this thorough.

This will help push this genre further. I just hope they can deliver beyond selling already well-established names.

Will be picking this up for sure though!

Aaaaawesome. Have already preordered this.

On a side note, went to see Sir Paul @ Citi Field last Friday. And guess what was playing behind him during some of the songs? ... not obvious enough? The Beatles Rock Band was! AAAWESOME!

I'm a little confused as to the appeal of playing Beatles songs. When I listen to any of their songs on the radio I don't really play air guitar or feel the need to pretend to drum.
They're a little too bubblegum compared to the stuff you would expect to play in Guitar Hero or Rock Band.

gonna..be...huge..

Just as long as they include a decent amount of songs on the disc and not instead release all number 1 tracks as dlc.

I'd be happy with it having the whole abbey road album...with a day in the life, drive my car, and revolution, attached.

I wonder how long we'll have to wait till piano hero...

It's not about how hard the songs are. I'll take awesome Beatles songs over crazy Dragonforce songs any day :)

Perhaps the Beatles dont have that many technically challenging songs, but the music is awesome. And it also helps that the songs can be sing-along to by anyone :D

I'm not really talking about challenge. Mostly just how much I really desire to be playing drums or guitar in the Beatles.

Blatant bullshots (the Rock Band engine has no anti-aliasing), and personally I have zero interest in this. The Beatles are great, so I want to just LISTEN to them in peace without people banging on toy drums or attempting to sing the lyrics.

You're gonna have to learn how to troll better, it's not like there isn't footage of this game already floating about. Unless you're calling bullvideo too.

Oh FFS actually think before you open your mouth in future. The Rock Band engine does not support anti-aliasing, you can see that by putting the game disc into your 360.

These are bullshots as they have MASSIVE amounts of anti-aliasing on them.

Wakaru no?

Never been a Beatles Fan, but I must own this game as well as that Gretsch Duo Jet ... nice. Way to go Harmonix for making me want to buy a one-artist music game, though I don't have a single Beatles song in my collection.

Guitar Hero didn't get my money since part three ... but this is pure gold
