I hope by the time it's released, the "magically disappearing parachute" effect is gotten rid of.

A new trailer here, and you'll still see parachutes dissapearing as soon as the soldiers land.

I really want to try this game..looks fun.

EDIT: Being a BF2 player--I'm perfectly used to seeing the chute dissapear when I land. Of course, you can re-use your chute in that game (not sure about here)--so what would you have to do to resolve this? Make your soldier pack it again after touchdown? I dunno..that could be cool.

This game is freaking horrible. I played it at Zero Hour and the game just plays like complete crap. I really REALLY hope they fix up some stuff in this game, like the entire gameplay and the control. The graphics were pretty bad too, the framerate was very choppy the whole time.

I realize its still early, but from the demo I played it was god awful lol.

Oh, they fixed it up though.
They used to just pop out, now they drift and fade out... cool.

I am noticing some frame hits, but the game looks so fun I don't think I care.

Its pure over-the-top World War 2 comic book style, which will divide opinion I guess.

Personally I used to read all my uncles old war comics when I stayed at my grandparents and loved them to bits.

It does look like a really interesting game, I just hope they fix up some issues (gameplay could be more exciting, some effects looked pretty bland).
