I just hope they add NEW GAME+ because its very important in games like this. I want to kick some serious ass after I finish it and just let enemies keep respawning and just have fun.
Also, new various outfits wouldnt be bad either, seeing the same one gets boring quick, especially when its generic looking like this one.
Personal opinion: wish they stuck with Cole with hair (except without the ugly tattoos).
really like how clean it looks and how colourfull it is. a nice change from the first game. his voice is acceptable. still kind of weird hearing THAT voice coming from THAT cole.

giant uber AA images aside. it looks really nice
To be fair it is using MLAA - the IQ (in terms of lack of jaggies) will be reasonably close to this. Think LBP2/GOW3.

it looks great (we've see it in-game already) but these are far too huge and far too clean to be considered anything other then bullshots. textures and character models seem representative of the actual game tho. and they look pretty damn good for an open world game.

Indeed. However from the trailers the only real jaggies we'll be seeing is the occasional low-res shadow here and there. Yes, it does look great for an open world game and they still have a while to polish before release too :)

I've been struggling with this too, but this particular reading I think actually works to bridge the voices.. at least for me. The previous footage was very sort of quippy and Peter Parkery and higher pitched, but this here.. I dunno.. I'm kinda okay with it.

game tech/engine is WAY WAY better than the first one. They have done an impressive job there but I can't speak for their games yet. inFamous 1 is still in my backlog but I did enjoy the few hours I put into it last year. I will go back to it after beating Final Fantasy 13 :-D
Hope that fog is supposed to be for atmosphere and not to cover the terrible draw distance. I can't see any shots where the draw distance is more than a few hundred feet.
Definitely an improvement over the first though. Characters look fine, and the environment is a nice change of pace. They have to add some physics to the game though if I am going to become interested in it. Using death animations rather than body physics was outdated 5 years ago.

i guess it's to balance detail with draw distance. this isnt RDR where you're rendering miles and miles of nothingness, it's a living city. you either go more detailed with shorter draw distance or you go for long draw distance with very little detail (crackdown) they opted for the former, and i think it'll work to their advantage. i'd rather the game look great from moment to moment then look like ass but be able to see 5 miles away.
Still can't see how Cole could be up in arms about hanging around Zeke for what he did to hum the guy back stabbed you in your still hanging around hum
