Xbox 360 PS3

Sega sends us a trailer of the videogame adapted from the feature film Iron Man. Visually, it looks okay. Let's hope the gameplay will offer something more polished than the previous Superman Returns and Transformers games...

My god.

The game actually looks alright, apart from maybe the jerky animations.

The only thing that put me off, was the awful AWFUL one liner at the end. Such a bad delivery. I'm having doubts over whether Downy Jr. is treating this seriously at all.

Graphics were great. But im sure thats as far as it goes, the whole turning the rocket around was pretty cool.

But look at how many platforms this is being released on, its pretty much every platform thats still releasing games to date, hell i bet they'd have made it for the Mega Drive and NES if they thought people would buy it for them.

I have a fair amount of hope for this one. I've been optimistic towards this since some videos were apparently leaked from the very first media showing. Some of the elements in those videos don't show up in this one, so I think it could actually have really great gameplay if handled right.

Graphics look great too.

At one point he flies through a ring-shaped object. I pray to god that there aren't any fly-through-X-number-of-ring objectives and instead they just thought it'd feel cool to maneuver through a tight, little space.

The graphics look good... ...on Iron Man. The rest is kind of so-so, and the ground stuff looks pretty weak. I was just watching the streaming version though, so maybe it shines in HD.

Love Iron Man, and the movie looks great. But I'm not holding out much hope that the game will be any good, especially considering Sega's recent history.

Sega's only publishing it, although the Developer does make it sound a whole lot better. Secret Level, only good game they made AFAIK is Star Wars Starfighter on PS2.

Yeah, Iron Man himself looks great, but the rest is pretty mediocre.

What's the point in telling people if it's old.

If they're fans of the game, then they already know it's old. Gamersyde is hardly ever the first with news, and that's fine, I don't come here for news. I come here for it's massive collection of media that isn't bloated with adverts and useless editorial.

I'm just fed up of people saying that pictures and videos are old. The only conceivable good thing to know about it being old, is that the game might have improved since, and considering the game isn't out yet, that's a given anyway.

Happy now I explained it?

I dislike like when people post to say something is old as well, but doing so isn't redundant.

Fans don't necessarily know that footage is old either. I've been duped numerous times into watching "new" NG2 footage. In those cases, had I read a few posts first and heeded warnings that the footage was old, I could have avoided wasting time downloading.
