Trailer PC PS3 Wii

Telltale is on a roll these days given that after Back to the Future: The Game, they are now in charge of Jurassic Park: The Game. In the very first teaser trailer of the game, one can notice that they seem to have dropped the typical cartoon look of their previous titles. But then again, a dinosaure msut be scary so I guess it makes sense.

Hmm. Strange mud... Dinos looks to laggy. Could be cool, but I am afraid they lean a bit hard on the franchise. You need to get the dinos real scary.

Also funny that a large number of Dinos are standing in the forrest with their eyes closed, and them suddenly opens them...

My question is: Is this going to be point and click(like Back To The Future) or a more action based game. I didnt mind Back To The Future, but would have loved to explore the world more, instead of being limited to what amounted to a classic text adventure... with limited outcomes to any situation. Again, it was cool to be able to even play something related to the Back To The Future movies in this modern age, but it was limited in execution.

Jurrasic Parks world begs to be explored. Allowing players to almost create their own adventures with the dino's roaming the island. Lets hope the devs feel the same way.

I'm really interested to find out what a more serious telltale game is going to be like. After Tales of Monkey Island and the third Sam & Max season they've become one of my favorite developers

theres a "quick look" of it on Giant bomb and it looks terrible. It's gonna be set up like heavy rain..every action requiring a button prompt. Doesnt look half as interesting. Not even sure you can move around freely and interact with surroundings like heavy rain offered.

I garentee that the game will end up in the sales a few weeks after launch, Wait.

Wikipedia says it's a episodic downloadable game. Looking at this trailer....chances to end up with one episode are really high lol.

Like bleached said, it is a QTE based semi-interactive movie/game. Essentially similar to heavy rain, but with even less environmental interaction. Basically you watch a scripted movie, and then follow the on screen prompts to watch another movie. If you fail, you watch a movie of you dying.

As someone who loves the franchise, I was really excited until I heard it was linear, scripted, simon says game. Jurassic Park NEEDS an open world survival style game (with either no guns or limited guns) where you have to us cunning and stealth to survive. Why has no one made that yet? I guarantee it would sell millions. Imagine sneaking around and taking down a T-Rex with a cobbled together spear or trap. The last time a great game with dinosaurs was made was never.

Wait what.."Not even sure you can move around freely and interact with surroundings like heavy rain offered." Heavy rain, move, freely in the same sentence? Ps3failboy must be trollin. Start getting a fucking wider game experience ps3 scrubs, tired of seeing everything compared to uncharted, GT5, killzone, heavy crap and so on. So let me tell you something, GT5 fails, killzone is a fucking blured piece of crap, uncharted is decent not out of the hook like you scrubs make it seem and heavy rain is way too cliche and boring.
