Trailer Xbox 360 PS3 Wii PS2

What went through Activion's head when they decided to release Jurassic: The Hunted the very same month than their highly-anticipated blockbuster? This game by Cauldron looks a lot like Turok's cousin and will feature some Jurassic Warfare action with your typical badass leather gloves. Planned for release on November 3 in North America only, the game will only cost you $40, which is not that surprising come to think of it.

Does this have any relations to Jurassic Park movies? I liked those movies.

This probably has as much relation with the Jurassic Park movies as the movies have relation with the Jurassic Park book.

I hope this is fun though. We do need a good Turok game...

WTF is this? I had high hopes when this game was released. There has NEVER really been a good dinosaur themed game. BC for the original Xbox looked great but was never released. I think an open world, sandbox game in a prehistoric environment would be great if done properly. Looks like we won't be getting one this gen though.

i find it kinda sad that this completely unknown and crappy looking game still looks better then the most recent turok game was.

tbh tho, i havnt played a single game with dino's that was really good, even dino crisis was incredibly clunky and half assed. i supose jurassic park on the megadrive was ok, but still. dino's and games dont mix well.

Apart from the dodgy animation on one of the raptor's head, overall the visualls like very well done. Especially the modelling of the dino's themselves. How much variety to the gameplay can shooting just dino's offer, though? Not very much. This needs some human interaction, but then they'd just have to rename the game to Turok. The problem with these games is that the weapons they give you are overly powerful, so when you do come up against a Raptor or something bigger, you tend not to shit yourself as you should do and just waste the thing where it stands. Be nice if you actually had to be careful and hunt the thing, or do your best to avoid it.
