Killzone 3: Steel Rain Map Pack

Killzone 3 gets new multiplayer maps today in Europe. In North America, gamers have to wait until April 12th. Steel Rain includes the maps Junkyard and Stahl Arms. It will set you back €4,99 in Europe and $4.99 in North America. You can find the trailer below.

In terms of visuals the Killzone maps are almost always very well designed. In terms of layout, most a just a mess with far too many chokepoints and such. GG needs to bring in some new people to help with that as part 3 was pretty much as bad as part 2.

STill nice to look at though, no doubt about that.

The atmosphere and art is great as usual, but as you said, the actual level design is somewhat crap on some levels.

I bought the DLC, I love Stahl's Arms, reminds me of Vekta Cruiser from Killzone 2.
But overal, Killzone 3 is much better than Killzone 2 because of the controls and the not-so-much bullsponge (not saying there isnt any, but its abit less).

Yeah 3 has much better control's but if K2 had K3 control's it would of been better single player imo.

If Killzone 3 controller went to Killzone 2 and had some of the weapon recoil carried over...it would be fantastic!

You just got two new ones LOL, dont be greedy :P

What this game needs is make all the maps available to all game modes with some tweaks from big, small and medium to balance it out.
