Here is a trailer of the mystery-exploration-survival game Kona from indie studio Parabole. The episodic title is set against a Northern Canadian village in the '70s, you play as dectective Carl Faubert who works on a case of vandalism reported by a rich industrialist while blizzard and strange event befell the area. The first episode, Day One, will be out in January 2016.

Now, patches are bullshit. I told people that shitty PC-gaming practices would creep in, the second they started allowing patches to "finished" products and sure enough, here we are, where games are released broken, with "Day One Patches" or constant tinkering (not improving, just tinkering). That part of modern gaming can bite-chunk!
