After staying under the radar for a pretty long while, Brendan McNamara's L.A. Noire is back with some new images. Team Bondi's first title is announced as a real adventure game where you will play the role of a police detective in charge of an investigation. The questioning of the suspects as well as the gathering of clues on the crime scenes will be part of your job and depending on how well you do it, the investigation will more or less progress. Very promising on paper, ambitious to say the least, we will still wait to see more of it before considering it as the next jewel in Rockstar's collection. After all, let's keep in mind that McNamara was the producer on The Getaway, which unfortunately did not live up to its promises at the time.

Commented on 2010-06-02 19:54:37I'm really interested to see how they work the detective stuff.. it might be a case of asking the right questions, and freedom to research and solve clues you've choosen to pick up on. But..i have a feeling it will be more lead by the hand in order to push the story
