Today is not a day like any other, it's Sonic's birthday and he is 20 years old already. That's precisely why SEGA released a demo of Sonic Generations for us to have a sneak peek at what's to come. You should find everything you've been looking for for years as a Sonic fan, the music, the sound effects, the sense of speed and above all, the fun. Promising!

Sorry Sega, this is yet another Sonic mistake.
I mean sure I could insist on 60fps too but we need to know what else is going on, there might be a split screen mode too.
This looks fantastic imo. You picky bastards and your framerate. Movement/framerate looks just fine.
It's just not a very strong suit to begin with and as a platformer the mechanics quickly become limiting.
I do agree that the frame-rate and responsiveness was a bit jarring at first, but I was used to it by the end of the demo. That music had me in Happy Nostalgia Land(tm)...

Lots of people are going to be hacked off with this i expect unless they fall into the category that believes the human eye can't tell differences between the two
30 frames is an acceptable choice with lots of games but it really stinks here
