The current warriors, things we would like to see in the inevitable For Honor 2 - new factions like: Chinese, Egyptians, Persians, Mayans, African, Romans, Monks, possibly separate Samurais from Ninjas, change, remove and/or add new gameplay mechanics, etc.
We even talked about how a Battle Royale mode... - yes, I know, cliché as hell - but in this case if it was done properly, it could work exceptionally well. Just reduce the number of players from 100 to 60 and make team work be more rewarding and fun than doing it solo, the aim would be to make it more like the armies battles of old, like the ones in the Total War/RTS games, the ones we see in many movies and TV shows, etc.
Would be extremely hard to pull off, but if a developer is able to do it, I believe that would really stand out from all the current Battle Royale games/modes and the upcoming ones. Perhaps there already is one, but I can't think of a single Battle Royale game using exclusively melee weapons.
For Honor already has a great combat system built, the foundation is already there and they could add new things to it even if it was just in that mode. Anyway, I can literally talk for hours about For Honor, even though I have no intention of ever playing it again. But to be fair, Ubisoft has supported the game really well, just like they did for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege, it's much better and far more polished than when it first launched.
