Trailer Xbox 360 PS3

It is now official, the guys at Mercurysteam are currently working on Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, to be released on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in 2013. No word yet on a Wii-U version, but until we find out more, here is a first trailer for the game. Fuck yes!

LoS was great, but with 2 issues.

1. framerate was shit
2. MORE CONTENT. More primary weapons, even with a whip, let us have elemental whips like the trailer.

other than that, magnificent.

oh that setting, so fucking great. I was worried about end of LoS1, but if 2 is anything like the trailer, perfect.

Veeeery nice! Havent played the previous game yet. I like that big wooden golem or how to call it. If I remember right, I met this bastard in Aria of Sorrow and it took some time to kill him. Every hit was only for 1 point. But maybe Im wrong and it was different kind of enemy. Yeah yeah....still playing old 2-D Castlevania games.

Excellent direction for the trailer, the concentration on music rather than sound effects really brought out the intensity.

I hope they add outfits, weapons...secondary badass playable character equal to Gabriel type.

This game is my most antiticpated title along with MG Rising, anything else is abysmal compared to it.

Oh...dat fucking music! Oscar...you are pure god-tier, thank you!

First one was incredible and filled with content, I put 100 hours easily on it.

Great game with great graphics and meaty combat.

The original looked beautiful but was a terrible game - a brainless, moronic button basher with sky high difficulty, zero exploration, the worst camera angles in gaming history, and a frame rate straight out of the 32-bit era.

They will have to go back to the drawing board to fix it with this sequel.

It wasn't a button basher at all, it had a deep combat system with a very meaty hit detections, it had a Single Frame problem with some of the hit boxes though but you could get used to it quick and adapt, also rewerded if you played it at high level.

Camera was no different than a game like God of War, it presented beautiful vistas in every level, and it had great graphics aswell.

Frame rate was not ideal but after awhile it was not a problem, also it gets better further in the game.

Zero exploration? right, you had various paths to take that leads up to one place, but if you miss one of them you miss on special items (thats why there is NG+).
It wasent a button masher either since the tougher and bigger enemies would screw you over if your block wasent timed or didnt dodge enough, but I guess non-fans of the genre calls anything button mashing if they dont find it engaging to their liking.

Worst camera angles in gaming history? LOL ok.
I played God Hand and genji 2 those are garbage! This is exactly like God of War (and I HATE fixed cameras. they give good vistas but thats it, it sucks period).

Framerate was shitty at times agreed.
