PS. LOTR is the best fantasy franchise ever!
With Snowblind behind this, I am absolutely certain that this will be a great game. Very much looking forward! I do think the visuals are a bit hit and miss; looks great in some areas, but quite bad in others. Still looks decent enough though.
So interms of fantasy settings, LOTR is the best one IMO, when it comes to sci fi...well too many to choose from just like fantasy, but so far I would say Mass Effect for me.
Graphically, it looks good, but as far as gameplay delivers, I think we are good :)
Yeaaaah, graphically it actually looks pretty good - after viewing the trailer for a second time. I think it's visually better than say DA2 anyway.
But lets us wait and see how it turns out :)
PS. LOTR is the best fantasy franchise ever!
BTW, I haven't really seen much about this game yet. Does anyone know how deep it will be? Is it just another hack n slash, a hack n slash with RPG aspects, or a more open RPG?
Unfortunately production was 'suspended until further notice' a couple of years back - in other words, it was canned - and then EA lost the rights to the franchise.
Such a shame...
