Update: Added the trailer.
Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)

Commented on 2010-04-20 18:07:10MvC is a hell of alot more over the top than SF..i can't wait to see how the special moves look with the SF4 shine attached to them. I just really hope Marvels not been stupid and denied Capcom using the best characters..like spiderman

Commented on 2010-04-20 21:02:25Capcom have said that the character art released so far(at the top of the page) are the actual in game character models. So I don't think we have to worry about how the characters look.
Commented on 2010-04-20 21:21:15I hope they get the 3D look right, never really liked how Tatsunoko VS Capcom looked.

Aah, that's not the direction I want my respect scale going! :O
Thing is though I've never been much for these content driven flashy extravaganzas. They get to be a bit too hyper for me, and I could never quite stomach the likes of Guilty Gear or BlazBlue either. SNK vs Capcom was a little more sober, but also a lot less nutty fun, kinda making you wonder why you wouldn't just rather play a proper KOF or SF3.
Darkstalkers has a grounded charm to it within its utter madness, and gameplay wise it's also a lot less like someone mixing something in your drink, speed and intensity wise, which I prefer.
It's not really a slight against these games per se, I just kinda like a good graspable pace and slightly less man-sized special move beams of death filling my screen.

Commented on 2010-04-21 03:20:08That isn't about design though, that's some N64 level garbage for geometry and textures right there. Juno from Jet Force Gemini would feel right at home.
