I was so excited about this DLC pack, because i really liked the game but there were so few cars.

Then i read this part:

• Nine new vehicles:
Luxury: 2008 Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG “Black”
SUV: 2008 Range Rover Supercharged, 2008 Range Rover Sport Super Charged
Lowrider: 1955 Chevy Bel Air, 1963 Buick Riviera, 1964 Chevy Impala, 1965 Chevy Malibu
Muscle: 1970 Chevy Chevelle, 1966 Pontiac GTO

Seriously, ew? Double-ew? Triple-ew?
Who the hell wants SUV's in real-life, let alone in a friggin game?! And lowriders and old muscle cars, meh.. Same old same old.. American cars suck soo bad, they suck so bad that its even translated into every single racing game.
The problem is, it is especially bad in Midnight Club, the muscle cars cant even take the simplest of turns without skidding and loosing insane ammounts of speed.

A DLC pack for americans who know nothing about good cars. Dissapointing.

Apparently you have horrible taste in cars so maybe you should stay away from all racing games. I agree about the SUVs, but nothing can beat classic American muscle. Granted they don't handle like a new Mercedes, but they ARE 40 years old. They just take a little bit of skill to handle.

Then again, I don't know many guys who say ew and triple ew, so maybe muscle cars aren't your thing. I bet they would have a nice shiny pink mini cooper in there for ya though!!

Nah, American muscle cars do sorta suck. There are a few exceptions, but straight line performance will only get you so far in the real world (or with me). But the flat-line statement that "American cars suck" does come off as a little ignorant. The fastest production lap in the world at Nurburgring was set by a Dodge Viper!

I'll concede that most other Vipers have been pretty horrid. Still, you also have the C6 ZR1 coming in just a second behind the Enzo, and in front of Zonda's, and other Ferrari's... vehicles that cost more than twice as much. It even smokes the GT-R, which is the only other car that's potentially in the same class (performance versus cost!).

Oh, and the Caddy CTS-V is the fastest production coupe in the world. Off the showroom floor it will smoke that AMG Black Edition, the M3, and a variety of other Euro-Cars. It's not the prettiest package in the world, but it's by no means a shitty car.

EDIT: Oh, and in October the ZR1 apparently did 7:22.4. That makes it a whole three tenths of a second slower than the fastest production car ever to run the ring...... another American car.

But most of those cars do suck. It's an arcade racer though, so their RL performance doesn't really matter that much, does it?

Most of the worlds population would agree with me, at least in car-heavy nations such as most of Europe and Japan ^_^

I don't think the rest of the world is quite as ignorant as you. I'm not claiming that every American car is great, but to say that ALL American cars suck bad and that we know nothing about cars is ignorant as hell. Just because a Corvette and a Mustang don't cost half a million dollars doesn't mean they can't perform. Crawl out of your cave and do a little research. Or better yet, try driving a real car before you make blind statements.

Not only can the ZR6 perform, it can out perform.

Mustang on the other hand? Bleh.
