Recently delayed without a fixed date, R.U.S.E. comes back through this new video published by Ubisoft. The actor Mike Powers, who plays the colonel Joe Sheridan, tells us about his character and some making-of details.
This guy spoke of gesture and motion capture technology as if it were the second coming. And why was he doing that 'Minority Report' stuff for a game that has a setting of the World War era? I don't know what that vidoc was trying to achieve. What it did do was confuse an audience of gamers who know that there's something like the Natal that's coming around the corner. But the video also gets confusing when I see that at the end of the video it lists three platforms. Maybe each will have there own special controls considering that the Ubisoft website states that the game could be controled with touch screen PCs. It's just speculation I guess.
yeah it's been already shown off playing on touch screen.. which is why i think Natal would be perfect for it..and secretly hoping the delay had something to do with incorporating Natal.. after all theres no reason it couldnt work as effective as a touchscreen..just without the need to touch your tv. Certainly more effect than a control pad
