Activision and Infinity Ward has announced (Call of Duty) Modern Warfare 2, the only information given so far is a November release date. Head over to the official site for the announcement "teaser" not showing much, and hopefully they'll at least announce platforms today.
Update: Added a HQ version of the teaser.

Just viewed this on another site and tbh it's one of the worst teaser trailers (i say that loosely) ive ever seen, terrible!

Worsed teaser trailer i have seen. But in a way its good as we don't want it over hyped.

I wasn't particularly interested in this before watching the trailer and *yawn* the trailer didn't change this. If the just wanted to announce the date ,they could've done so without putting it at the end of an odd 110secs clip.

The DVD was full so they'll have to sacrifice something or do that horrible backtracking thing like in Halo to make it longer.

I believe they're better off having 2 discs, one for SP and another (optional maybe?) for MP

I am firmly in the camp of thinking that was an awesome teaser and actually the subtle montage of still images at the end actually reveal a fair bit if you look closely...MH6 "little birds" and what looked like some zodiac boats I have a very strong suspicion that the delta force and SEALS will be putting in an appearance.

i see what they were trying to do with the trailer..all calm and easy in the begining, get the viewer excited and then explode with awesome snippets from the real game in matrix style neo vision.

yup, trailer blowed, but everyone knows modern warfare was one of THE most intense gaming experience (yeah you gotto experience the game in veteran mode, and dear god, bring me an aeroplane level 2!)
