The January release of Mass Effect 2 is getting closer, as proven by the avalanche of videos and images we have been shown in the past few days. Once again, here are a bunch of new images of one of the most anticipated sequels of 2010.
Gonna be an awesome game for sure, hopefully they fix some of the tedious stuff from the first game such as very long elevator scenes and the empty planet exploration that was not fun at all.
But I read that the elevators are somewhat fixed, made them more "fun", whatever that means.

Don't take elevators, don't do the uncharted worlds... there I've just turned your awesome game to 2007's GOTY!
Well elevators in the future is suppose to be quick, its not quick in this game.
And uncharted worlds, I love the atmosphere, but its so empty, atleast various design of aliens would be nice to encounter.
No, no excuses, hopefully they will fix it this time around.
Ps. I dont do "Game" of the year, only "Genre" of the year, so yeah, Mass Effect is my top favorite RPG anyways, it got sci-fi, character customization (even though some more various beards and hairstyles would be nice), real time combat, nice 80's vibe sci-fi music, whats not to like :)
The Engineer video looked like total ass! I love the story and the universe but I hate the damn artificial environments BioWare has created. Blocks of perfectly cut concrete everywhere you look carefully placed in the environment so the n00b player can take cover. Lame as hell if you ask me. Day 1 but I am in it just for the story.

I'm pretty sure it'll be disk 2 install, disk 1 to play the game. Worked fine for Forza 3, so no doubt this will be the same. At least you won't have to install the entire game and rape your hard drive (although you'll have the option to install both, no doubt.)

bioware confirmed its not an install, it's a disk swap.
Chris Priestly cofirmed, that he was mistaken about not being able to install ME2 to x360's HDD.
You CAN install the game on HDD, altough disc swap is also a must - but a one swap for the whole game experience is pretty much nothing.
