game looked rough on the last playtrough, promising but rough... still a long way from this kind of bullshottery.

I read the second one ran like shit due to poor optimisation. Let's hope it isn't a repeat, because there is nothing worse than having the hardware only for shoddy game development making a game run like shit when it really has no excuse to.

ArmA has the most convoluted controls ever. It's not going to work on Xbox unless you plan on playing it with like six controllers. ;)

Looks amazing as usual! Won't even consider purchasing though, unless they decide to optimize it, add some actual physics, and improve the animations.

Bullshots implies some kind of fakeness/photoshopping or what not, it's not something we ever do.

You mean like the announced inclusion of Physx and ragdoll physics etc? ;)

I would argue that Arma3 has one of the most realistic lighting engines out there. Even better than BF3 and Crysis. Some of the landscaping looks just amazing.

However, BF3 has some amazing special effects going on, but it makes it looks more like a Michael Bay movie than a Olive Stone (Arma3).

lol, I'm probably not making any sense :)

Are you kidding me? The lighting in these screenshots looks extremely unrealistic. Crysis looks much better.
