Sega sent us these new images of Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing showing the split screen mode - to up to four players - and reminding us that our avatars will be able to join the party.
Sadly SEGA are even less worthwhile than Nintendo now, happy only to pimp their past glories while barely managing to produce a single new high quality game a year. How the mighty have fallen.

Well they've spent a lot of money in publishing games like football manager, Bayonetta and AvP - it's not like they are not better run these days than when they initially broke off from making consoles.
They aren't going to start making great games again without a long hard slog i'm afraid. Games like Yakuza and even this are very exciting.
