First one was kinda fun for a cheap ass b class title, and this one looks a lot better so we will see.

I really like the art direction, this will be really interesting if they can deliver on the gameplay .

Wow, no wonder that chick looks familiar. They're actually making a sequel to X-Blades... wow. That's just sad. I didn't even play the damn thing and I know it was atrocious. :\

It's like a 12 year old's wet dream brought to life. I thought the game industry had moved beyond this type of rubbish, but it appears not.

They should've called it XX Blades to set themselves up for XXX Blades... But yeah game looks like garbage. I'll be be playing Lollipop Chainsaw instead. Seems like only Japan can pull off sexy heroines

Just because a game is either a sequel or spiritual successor to a previous game, does not mean that it's doomed to be horrible, even if the first one was. It may not be good, but just sayin'.

Looks "alright", except every screenshot is primarily 2 colours. It's cool that the heroine changes clothes a lot, except in every shot she changes into an outfit that helps her blend into the background (one of the 2 allowed colours, I assume). Also, the lighting/shaders on the characters needs some work. The days of dark splotchy vertex lighting are gone. Bake some AO and get some better normals/lighting!

It's a pretty dark game somehow, I agree. But we shouldn't complain since it has more colors than Gears of War, lol
