Not my cup of tea, but still very nice design and "clean" graphics.

game is clean for being downsized like an asshole of a fatman. Either you play it on a super Pc, or it will be a jaggy game with a so so resolution and nothing like those screens.

Even the PC version of Darksiders didn't play nice with AA, but it was suffering from Xbox portolitis all around.
That didn't stop me from having fun with it though, and I'll most likely snag this sequel up soon after release.
Hopefully they don't screw it up.

This is shaping up to be one sick looking RPG. As an action game, the first game was, "a hoot and a holler," as they say. But upping the ante on the action, plus going full-blown RPG with the sequel . . . well let's just say, that's got legendary game written all over it. If marketed correctly, there is no reason why this will not turn out to be Vigil's breakout video game, that's going to put that studio on the map in a huge way.

Instead of June, they probably should pull a Human Revolution, and save this for September - late enough in the year to take holiday season by surprise, but early enough in the season, not to get trampled over by the juggernauts of the biz, when they come out to play. If I were publishing a game, and it had to be the 'surprise hit' of any season, like Deus Ex, I'd much rather it be the surprise hit of the fall, than the surprise hit of the summer.

If this game isn't cell-shaded, then I think they should move the graphics in that direction. The first one looked okay but even when Saints Row 3 moved to cell-shaded graphics really popped and it kept everything super smooth and it just looked amazing. The game looks a little animatey, not a word, to not just use cell-shaded which would allow them to have more things happening on screen since this game looks like its meant to have some type of epic battles.

Check the videos from Game Informer.

They added more light RPG, character customization (outfit only), skilltree, loot, NPC interaction to this one, stuff the first one didnt have.

I just hope they made the combat a bit more interesring. It got a bit dull in darksiders what with basically just mashing the single one attack button for epic win. More rpg eoements are welcome, though i hope they try something a bit more fresh than outright stealing links equipment and the portsl gun :)
