Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.5 is now available, but so are the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 versions. Here is a video captured in 4K on Xbox Series X, with the Performance mode at the beginning of the video, then the Ray Tracing mode at 9min20.

CD Projekt's infamous RPG is a hot mess and a must-play. Both can be true at once.

I'm good for now, thanks Eurogamer. Gonna wait long till I dive in, maybe when CD Projekt Red stops working on it. Though I get what they mean by the fact that the game will never be truly good - CDPR would need to reinvent the game almost from scratch, which is never going to happen. And also why the game being a hot mess suits the dystopian setting and the in-game world's themes very well.
Reading the comments in the Eurogamer article, most seem to be enjoying the game as it is, going with very low expectations and having fun with a good game. Which seems to be the right mindset to go into Cyberpunk 2077, expect little and not be too much frustrated with what's bad in the game, while simultaneously being amazed at what the game does best.
