Trailer PC Xbox 360 PS3

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit has not managed to convince everyone just yet. Some players have been disappointed in the demo that was released while the previews of the game seem to be really enthusiastic. Until the game ships, it will be hard to decide who is right, but one thing is sure, Seacrest will definitely offers a huge variety of environments. If you want a little tour of the region, just come inside and watch the trailer.
UPDATE : Power Struggle teaser added.

same here. i thought it would be nice and responsive like burnout, but instead it feels like all other NFS games, slow and clunky, like driving through treacle.

I've never actually known what treacle is (and no, I don't want to Google/Wiki it). I've only seen it in writing as a simile. I'm going to keep imagining what it is like.

"Treacle is any syrup made during the refining of sugar cane[1] and is defined as "uncrystallized syrup produced in refining sugar".[2] Treacle is used chiefly in cooking as a form of sweetener or condiment.

The most common forms of treacle are the pale syrup that is also known as golden syrup and the darker syrup that is usually referred to as dark treacle or black treacle. Dark treacle has a distinctively strong flavour, slightly bitter, and a richer colour than golden syrup[3], yet not as dark as molasses. Golden syrup is the main sweetener in the Treacle Tart."

The demo was pretty weak. A combination of 30fps (Critereon were one of the few devs who always used to value the importance of 60fps in driving games) and a very sluggish, boring driving model made this an instant failure for me.

Burnout blows this away in every way.

Well Im not a big fan of Need for Speed, I do however think this game is more on the fun factor rather than the serious driving mehs. And I read the review on IGN that stated this fact. However Hopefully the final game is better than than the demo. I don't expect the cars to branch away from the usual feel of Need for speed in place of Burnout!
