PC Xbox 360 PS2 Xbox Gamecube DS PSP

EA released this new trailer from the Xbox 360-version of Need For Speed: Most Wanted. Even though the ingame-sequences may not look that impressive, they sure seems to have found a winning concept for the FMV's.

have you updated your servers yet? cause it has taken me all of 10 seconds to download that. i think the game looks ok as i still have a liking of NFS since hot pursuit which was a great game, but graphics aren’t exactly fantastic.

Agreed on the acting but I like the "sky captain" style CG/RL mix. Still loving the 3 levels on the demo for the Xbox version. Keen to see how this fast, arcade fun pans out.

why is it that videogames are still ripping off cheap hollywood cliches? i can't avoid the feeling that games are still made primary for minors.

Shame on you. ;)

I'm not so sure about this game. It looks decent enough but it is also very... eh... brown.
Also pimping up great cars like Lamborghini's and Lotus's is like cursing in church. It's just not done.

I think I'll let this one pass and buy another game besides PGR3.

Underground was bad enough, at least this hasn't got far to go to do better. PGR is the PES to Need for Speeds FIFA. ;)

i dont think next gen games should even use FMV anymore there has to be a point where ingame graphics are good enough and im convinced the 360 can do that

The difference between ingame and FMV in the next generation will be higher as the game runs at 720p and the video at 480p.

There is still a use for it though and the way it is used in NFS:MW is very cool and cost effective as you can use the ingame engine for the cars and backgrounds and the actors (who look a lot better than a CGI character) for the people.
Especially the 50's bleaching like Sky Captain: WOT looks very nice and suits the graphics.

What'd you hate about Underground? The story was crap and so was the dialogue but I thought the driving dynamics were cool. I made my miata so damn fast it was insane. The miata I actually do drive just isn't as fun since.

Her boobs are pretty saggy in that red outfit. Some people should learn that they need to wear different clothes.

The game looks good though, it's on my buy list for launch.
